DSTREAM-ST is Arm’s high-performance debug and parallel streaming trace probe, built for work that goes beyond a single Cortex-M part: multi-core and multi-processor SoC bring-up, low-level driver and RTOS bring-up, and CoreSight-based debug and trace across any Arm architecture from Armv4 onward. It’s driven by Arm Development Studio.
