The Gap

Open source isn't the same as production-ready.

OpenBMC changed what BMC firmware could be: a Linux Foundation project built by hyperscalers and silicon vendors who needed something auditable, portable, and free of vendor lock-in. But turning a community codebase into shippable firmware means board-specific bring-up, security review, and a support contract for when something breaks at 2 a.m. That gap is where Supervyse lives.
