The DediProg SF100 is a high-speed "In System Programming" (ISP) programmer. It is designed to update SPI Flash memories soldered directly onto a board or to program Freescale MCUs using their Ezport interface.
The SF100 supports updating SPI Flash memories soldered on board. It can also update the internal Flash of Freescale MCUs (e.g., MCF5223) via Ezport, or external SPI Flash of Freescale MCUs (e.g., MCF5445) using the SBF interface.
Key features include a USB interface, a start button, signal conflict protections, and the ability to update serial flash with or without the application powered. It also supports handling two serial flash memories and offers multi-programmer capability.
Detailed technical specifications for the SF100 SPI NOR Flash Programmer can be found in the SF100 Datasheet. This document is available for download on the page under the "Files and media" section.
